### Aims and Objectives:
- To endeavor for the promotion and propagation of custom values, culture, Humanity and Traditions.
- To establish healthcare centers for poor and needy people and help them through dispensaries, hospitals, and provide medicines free of cost or at the lowest charges to families.
- To establish educational institutions for poor students on nominal charges and help those who deserve it.
- To arrange, provide, procure, and establish in whatever possible manner medical help, treatment, facilities, equipment, and medicines to people suffering from any disease, ailment, deficiency, or physical disability.
- To provide emergency welfare for uncertain events.
- To establish computer training centers, language institutes, industrial homes, and libraries for men, women, and children.
- To provide mortuary facilities in different remote areas.
- To provide land to homeless families on nominal charges.
- To conduct environmental pollution protection safety programs.
- To support innocent prisoners through relief activities.

### History of Peace Council for Human Rights:
Established in 1995, Peace Council for Human Rights (PCHR) is a non-political, non-governmental, and non-profit organization dedicated to assisting the poor and needy without discrimination. PCHR focuses on poverty, unemployment, and the rights of children and women detained in Pakistan’s jails. Mr. Amin-ur-Rehman, the founder and president, initiated this innovative program in 1995.
### Strategy:
- **Empowerment:** Make people self-reliant, build their confidence, provide financial assistance, and technical skills.
- **Awareness:** Raise awareness of rights and provide opportunities for better shelter and a secure environment.
- **Support:** Provide support to less privileged people and help eradicate the metaphorical "Kashkol."
### Mission:
To fight against injustice, child abuse, poverty, and other human rights violations by providing free medical assistance and education. PCHR focuses on unemployment, health, education, and poverty to make the youth stronger and productive members of society.
### Primary Goals:
- **Unemployment:** Addressing unemployment through job creation, skill development, and technical training.

### Performance of PCHR:

### Research-Based Job Placements:
PCHR collaborates with industries to understand their human resource needs and trains individuals accordingly. It offers training in construction, textile, engineering, and general sectors to meet market demands.
